About the Work

Our staff will assist residents with daily living, personal care, community activities, transportation, household routines, documentation, and individualized support.

Just as important, we are looking for people who are patient, respectful, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a small residential team.

What We’ll Be Looking For

• Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is helpful, but not always required
• Patience, good judgment, and dependability
• Ability to assist with personal care and daily living needs
• Willingness to support community outings and recreational activities
• Ability to follow individualized plans and complete required documentation
• Valid California driver’s license if transporting residents
• Ability to pass required background and health clearances
