Our goal is to create a place where residents feel safe, respected, supported, and at home while continuing to build independence, meaningful routines, relationships, and connections within the community.

Who We Serve

Individualized Support in a Small Residential Setting

Arroyo Grove – Buena Vista is designed to support male adults ages 18–59 who require Level 6 residential services. We consider both ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals and review each referral individually to determine whether our home, staffing model, and support approach are appropriate for the person’s needs.

What does “Level 6” mean?

Level 6 is a California Regional Center residential service level for people who need a higher level of day-to-day support. Depending on the individual, that may include substantial help with personal care, daily living skills, mobility, supervision, communication, or behavioral support. At Arroyo Grove, that support is provided in a small four-person home setting.

The Buena Vista Home

A Real Home in the Community

Buena Vista is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Brentwood on a private corner lot. The four-bedroom home gives each resident a private bedroom while also providing large shared spaces for relaxing, socializing, activities, and everyday life together.

Arroyo Grove is designed for individuals who require significant residential support but whose needs can be safely and effectively supported within our Level 6 program and small community-based setting. Compatibility is especially important in a four-person home.

Vendorization in Progress

Arroyo Grove – Buena Vista is currently completing the Regional Center vendorization process, with an anticipated opening in November 2026. While we prepare to open, we are building relationships with Regional Center professionals, families, guardians, providers, and community partners.
